Is this a scam?

So i recently got a call from "Telus" telling me that they had a great deal for around $80 a month where it would include home internet and phone bill and netflix. The number is 888-537-8118. They knew my name and knew that i recetly switched from Koodo. I also called them back and the machine sounded legit. Would like to know if this was a scam or if i missed out
