Is any one satisfied with the quality of optic fibre install? Is.....TV or Internet ..same, worse or better?
I am dreading for the optic conversion soon to happen. I have been looking at extremely unprofessional work of installs online (images) and visited a friend to see his. All I can say is, the art of doing a neat job is long gone? And all we have here is contractors that don’t know better. . I see they just leave the router any where they can. Is Telus now doing and allowing second rate work and they could not buy wall mounts as it appears to me the install will take place, if it can, at the first point of entry of the fibre and first connection will be to the router. And they will move the router to make it easy. I didn’t ask for fibre but they harassed me along with numerous lies. There must be a lot of customer resistance. And the latter is a new experience for me as I have been a Telus customer for many decades. And they want to drill holes any where they want and hang their electronics on my walls.
They wouldn’t even buy any of these??
