Not as much a question as a statement:
Telus' customer service is becoming worse than ever...it has always been bad for years, but now it atrociously bad.
I sat on the phone for 2 hours and 20 minutes to simply speak to someone on overcharges, because their so-called "call back" service also wasn't working either!
When I finally get a representative on the phone they do solve my issue, but wow! Canada is truly third world with a gucci belt. Actual third world countries' services blow ours away by 10 fold...it's shameful and embarrassing.
