Telus hasn't looked in to why my promotional item hasn't been delivered yet. Canada post said the sender has to initiate the claim for missing package. Telus hasn't done this is the promotionalitem a lie? Has been 28 days after i got the package number for a parcel that hasn't left it's starting point.
