Just a heads up about Sunalta - the new development is bringing in a lot of traffic. Still a great area but something to consider if you're on the main roads.

Been in Tuscany for over a decade. It's changed a lot but still has that small community feel which I love. Saturday mornings at the farmer's market are the best.

If you're looking for value, the NE communities like Taradale and Martindale are actually really nice and way more affordable. Don't let the stereotypes fool you.

Our electricity bill this winter was shocking. If you haven't already, look into the regulated rate vs. fixed rate contracts. Can make a big difference depending on your usage.

Good luck!

If walkability is your priority, you really can't beat the inner city neighborhoods like Kensington, Beltline, or Mission. Everything you need is within walking distance.

I totally get the struggle of selling a car. I recently found myself in a situation, when I was looking to sell my car (https://www.autozen.com/) , I stumbled upon the Autozen platform. Let me tell you, it's a game-changer! I was able to sell my car without the usual headaches. Autozen brings together a bunch of professional buyers who compete for your car. It's stress-free and, best of all, done entirely from the comfort of your home. What impressed me the most was the guaranteed offer – no surprises or changes when the car gets to the buyer. The team at Autozen takes care of the paperwork, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free.
