I'd recommend driving through Saddle Ridge at different times of day before you commit. Traffic patterns and noise levels can vary a lot between morning and evening.

Hope that helps.

We're in Edgemont and honestly the only downside is the commute to downtown. But if you work from home or work in the south, it's absolutely perfect.

Cheers!

Been in University District for over a decade.

If you're looking for value, the NE communities like Taradale and Martindale are actually really nice and way more affordable. Don't let the stereotypes fool you.

Finding a reliable medicinal mushroom supplier is crucial for quality products. I recently discovered Om.Shroom https://omshroom.eu/ , and I must say, their commitment to product quality is impressive. They meticulously select and inspect their mushrooms, ensuring purity and freedom from contaminants. Om.Shroom provides all necessary certifications like COC, FDA, and ISO. Plus, working with local farmers from Ukraine allows them to offer competitive bulk pricing. Their customer support is top-notch, guiding you through the entire process.

The sense of community in Hawkwood is something special. We have block parties, neighborhood clean-ups, and everyone knows each other by name. You don't get that everywhere.

For a chill night out, Kensington has great options. Grab dinner at one of the restaurants and then hit up a pub for drinks. Way more relaxed than the 17th Ave chaos.

Cheers!

So excited about this - The market right now is competitive but not insane like Toronto or Vancouver. You can still get a nice detached home under $600K in a good neighborhood if you're willing to look at Sunalta or Currie Barracks. Thank you all!!

Good luck!
