Hoping this reaches future customers, or existing one.

my father lives out of the country, but my brother is on the account as having authorization to complete any changes/cancellations.
they refused to accept his canceling and told them my father would need to contact a lawyer and have my father give him power of attorney. after being told by TWO DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS my brother would be able to cancel. When they were told this is acceptable and they need to find a solution they said they would transfer me back to customer service and hung up. this was after 49 minutes of being on the phone with them . I had to call and wait on hold again, then conference call my father in the DR to compete the cancellation which cost me money because its long distance. This company should not be allowed to operate and i hope no one signs up with them . save yourself the head ache and extra bills and go with a different provider.
