I spoke with an agent on the phone about switching to Telus fiber internet. After some discussion a dollar figure after all promotions was quoted for the service. But when the Critical Information summary was emailed to me about an hour later it indicated that the service was $ 10 more per month than what was verbally agreed upon. How should I go about correcting this? I could provide the agents name and approximate time of conversation if required.
