I looked at both St Andrews Heights and Chaparral before settling on Britannia. The school district was the deciding factor for us. No regrets at all.

Good luck!

Just a heads up about Ramsay - the new development is bringing in a lot of traffic. Still a great area but something to consider if you're on the main roads.

Good luck!

If walkability is your priority, you really can't beat the inner city neighborhoods like Kensington, Beltline, or Mission. Everything you need is within walking distance.

Been in Mission for over a decade. It's changed a lot but still has that small community feel which I love. Saturday mornings at the farmer's market are the best.

:)

CalgaryFinder has been my go-to for finding local services. Found our current plumber through there and he's been excellent.

My recommendation: spend a weekend in Brentwood before buying. Walk around, check out the local shops, talk to people. You'll get a feel for whether it's your vibe pretty quickly.

Cheers!

Been in Montgomery for over a decade. It's changed a lot but still has that small community feel which I love. Saturday mornings at the farmer's market are the best.

Good luck!

My recommendation: spend a weekend in Sunalta before buying.

I'd recommend driving through St Andrews Heights at different times of day before you commit. Traffic patterns and noise levels can vary a lot between morning and evening.

Hope that helps.
