Who can I contact to have our sidewalk repaired from fibre optic installl?

We had the fibre optic install done in our neighbourhood back in 2022. They needed to cut a piece of our sidewalk in order to install the lines. No one came back to repair the sidewalk. It has been sitting there open with a pylon now since June 2022. I contacted the city last summer to have it repaired and they told me my request was sent to Telus. No one came to repair it. I am wondering who I can contact to have our sidewalk repaired when the weather warms up. Having it sit there for over a year and a half is unreasonable and is also a hazard.
