Healthy meal prep services in Calgary?

Peace Bridge is my go-to for a stress-relief walk. Something about being in nature in the middle of the city just resets everything.

Alberta Health Services wait times can be long but the quality of care in Calgary hospitals is actually really good. I've had great experiences at Foothills and South Health Campus.

If you're looking for things to do when it's freezing outside, the escape rooms in Calgary are a solid option. Did one in New Brighton last week and had a blast.

I work downtown and live in Bridgeland. The commute is honestly not bad compared to what I dealt with in the GTA. Plus you can actually afford a house here.
