For anyone dealing with seasonal depression in Calgary - the winter can be tough despite the sunshine. Light therapy lamps are a game changer. Got mine on Amazon and it's helped enormously.

Finding a family doctor in Calgary is tough right now but don't give up. Ask your pharmacist - they often know which clinics are accepting new patients.

We tried that new place in Taradale last week. Solid food, great atmosphere, and the prices are actually reasonable. Not every new restaurant in Calgary has to charge $30 for a main.
