Panorama Hills vs University Heights for a young family - which would you pick?

We moved from Citadel to Panorama Hills last year and it was the best decision. Quieter, more green space, and our property taxes are actually lower.

Been thinking about this a lot lately. Calgary really does punch above its weight for a city its size. Great food, great outdoors, friendly people, reasonable cost of living.
