Just bought in Seton and I'm blown away by how friendly the neighbors are. Within the first week, three different families came by to introduce themselves.

Ngl, blizzaks are hands down the best winter tires I've had in Calgary. They handle the ice and packed snow way better than my old all-seasons. The difference is night and day.
