For families with young kids, Scenic Acres is hard to beat. Great playgrounds, safe streets, and the school is within walking distance for most residents.

Been in New Brighton for over a decade. It's changed a lot but still has that small community feel which I love. Saturday mornings at the farmer's market are the best.

If you're looking for a gym that's not packed 24/7, try some of the smaller independent places outside of the core. The prices are often better and the equipment is just as good. haha
