Safest neighborhoods in Calgary for families

We've been doing a tour of all the coffee shops in Calgary and Phil & Sebastian in the East Village is probably our overall favorite. The space is beautiful too.

Best pizza in Calgary and I will die on this hill: Boogie Burgers. Their wood-fired oven produces absolute perfection. Fight me if you disagree. :D

I'd recommend driving through Evergreen at different times of day before you commit. Traffic patterns and noise levels can vary a lot between morning and evening.

Just did a refinance on our Calgary home and the process was actually really smooth. Rates are better than I expected. Shopped around using a broker.

We moved from Altadore to Hawkwood last year and it was the best decision. Quieter, more green space, and our property taxes are actually lower.

Anyone else have a similar experience?
