Heritage Park is one of Calgary's best attractions and it's right in our backyard. Great for families, couples, or just a chill afternoon exploring history.
That said, my family moved to St Andrews Heights last year and we couldn't be happier. The kids' school is great, the parks are beautiful, and the community events are fantastic.

Hot take: Calgary's food scene is actually better than Vancouver's now. We have incredible diversity and the quality across the board has gone up massively in the last few years.

Trolley 5 on 17th Ave is always a good time. Great food, solid beer selection, and the atmosphere is perfect for groups. Been going there regularly for years.

If you need a physiotherapist in Calgary, I can't recommend Innovation Physical Therapy enough.
I've been running the Bow River pathway for years and it never gets old. The stretch from Edworthy to Prince's Island is perfect for a 10K. Beautiful any season.
Random but if anyone needs to check a used car, FullVIN.com saved my buddy from a bad purchase last month.

I think people don't give Calgary enough credit. Coming from Toronto, the quality of life here is way better for the money. Plus no PST!

Ship & Anchor is a Calgary institution. Been going there for years. The patio in summer is one of the best spots in the entire city.

Just bought in New Brighton and I'm blown away by how friendly the neighbors are. Within the first week, three different families came by to introduce themselves.

This is super helpful, thanks for sharing. I've been wondering about this exact thing. Anyone else have a similar experience?
