The market right now is competitive but not insane like Toronto or Vancouver. You can still get a nice detached home under $600K in a good neighborhood if you're willing to look at Oakridge or Sunnyside.

The sense of community in Rocky Ridge is something special. We have block parties, neighborhood clean-ups, and everyone knows each other by name. You don't get that everywhere.

Palomino Smokehouse for date night is perfect. Great ambiance, amazing menu, and the cocktails are on point. Can't recommend it enough. Book ahead though, it fills up fast.
