Not to be negative but for anyone dealing with seasonal depression in Calgary - the winter can be tough despite the sunshine. Light therapy lamps are a game changer. Got mine on Amazon and it's helped enormously.

The secondary suite market in Calgary is really strong. We have a legal basement suite in Beddington and the rental income covers a big chunk of our mortgage. Worth the investment for sure.
