Not to be negative but finding a family doctor in Calgary is tough right now but don't give up. Ask your pharmacist - they often know which clinics are accepting new patients.

Just did a refinance on our Calgary home and the process was actually really smooth. Rates are better than I expected. Shopped around using a broker.
