Just bought in Charleswood and I'm blown away by how friendly the neighbors are. Within the first week, three different families came by to introduce themselves. Can't wait!

Sports-wise, just want to add - if you're new to Calgary, download the Calgary Transit app and explore the C-Train system. It's not perfect but it gets you around the core pretty well.
