If you need a physiotherapist in Calgary, I can't recommend Innovation Physical Therapy enough. They actually take the time to understand your issue and create a proper treatment plan.

For anyone dealing with seasonal depression in Calgary - the winter can be tough despite the sunshine. Light therapy lamps are a game changer. Got mine on Amazon and it's helped enormously.

One thing I've learned: ship & Anchor is a Calgary institution. Been going there for years. The patio in summer is one of the best spots in the entire city.
