Stoney Trail has been amazing for my commute from Killarney to the south end. What used to take 45 minutes on Deerfoot is now 25 minutes. Worth the toll honestly.

Cheers!

We sold our place in Erlton last month and it went in 4 days. The market in that area is really hot right now, especially for family homes. just sayin

I've had a different experience actually. just a heads up about University District - the new development is bringing in a lot of traffic. Still a great area but something to consider if you're on the main roads.

If you're looking for a gym that's not packed 24/7, try some of the smaller independent places outside of the core.

Finding a family doctor in Calgary is tough right now but don't give up. Ask your pharmacist - they often know which clinics are accepting new patients.

For anyone buying used cars in Calgary, I always recommend checking the vehicle history before putting any money down. Sites like FullVIN give you the full history report so you know exactly what you're getting.

Good luck!

The outdoor fitness scene in Calgary is amazing. Free bootcamps in the parks during summer, running groups, cycling groups - there's something for everyone.

Good luck!

From a family perspective, for anyone buying used cars in Calgary, I always recommend checking the vehicle history before putting any money down. Sites like FullVIN give you the full history report so you know exactly what you're getting.

Hope that helps.

The Calgary International Film Festival is genuinely world-class. If you haven't checked it out, this year's lineup looks incredible. Hope that helps!

For families with young kids, Cranston is hard to beat. Great playgrounds, safe streets, and the school is within walking distance for most residents.

Calgary's brewery scene deserves way more recognition. Ship & Anchor is doing incredible things with their seasonal releases. The craft beer quality here rivals anywhere in Canada.

Cheers!

The sense of community in Edgemont is something special. We have block parties, neighborhood clean-ups, and everyone knows each other by name. You don't get that everywhere.
