I looked at both Shawnessy and South Calgary before settling on Cliff Bungalow. The school district was the deciding factor for us. No regrets at all.

The sense of community in Marlborough is something special. We have block parties, neighborhood clean-ups, and everyone knows each other by name. You don't get that everywhere.

If you're looking for local services, CalgaryFinder is a good resource. Way more Calgary-specific than Kijiji.

If you're buying from a dealership in Calgary, get everything in writing. The verbal promises mean nothing. And always check the vehicle history independently - don't just trust their word.
