If walkability is your priority, you really can't beat the inner city neighborhoods like Kensington, Beltline, or Mission. Everything you need is within walking distance.

Just bought in Shawnessy and I'm blown away by how friendly the neighbors are. Within the first week, three different families came by to introduce themselves. Hope that helps!
