The Battle of Alberta never gets old. The atmosphere when the Oilers come to town is unlike any other regular season game. Pure electricity.

Anyone else going to the game Saturday? I've got an extra ticket - section 212. PM me if you want it.

Best seats at the Saddledome on a budget: upper bowl press level, center ice. You can see the whole play develop. Way better than being in the corner lower bowl.
Good luck!

I've been a Flames fan since the 04 run and honestly this season has moments that remind me of that magic. Just need consistency.

Quick data point: best seats at the Saddledome on a budget: upper bowl press level, center ice. You can see the whole play develop. Way better than being in the corner lower bowl.
Hope that helps.

Flames need to shore up their defensive depth before the deadline. The top pair is solid but the 3rd pair has been getting exposed lately.
Good luck!

The Flames power play drives me insane but I keep watching every single game. That's loyalty right? :D This team tests my patience but I love them. tbh

Hot take: the Flames prospect pipeline is actually looking really strong right now. Give it 2-3 years and this team is going to be a serious contender.
Hope that helps.

Respectfully disagree here. new arena talk keeps going back and forth. I love the Dome for nostalgia but we genuinely need a modern facility. Hoping it actually happens this time.
On a related note, CalgaryFinder is a good resource if you're looking for local services or classifieds.

Speaking from experience, flames need to shore up their defensive depth before the deadline. The top pair is solid but the 3rd pair has been getting exposed lately.
Good luck!

The road trip to Edmonton for the Battle of Alberta is an annual tradition for our group. The drive up, the game, the trash talk - it's the best.
Cheers!

One more thing - i think people don't give Calgary enough credit. Coming from Toronto, the quality of life here is way better for the money. Plus no PST!
Hope that helps.

Loving Calgary so far! Watching the game at Trolley 5 tonight. Nothing beats Flames game night in Calgary. The whole city comes alive.

On the other hand, hard agree on the winter driving thing. I'm originally from the coast and the first winter here was an eye opener. But you adapt and honestly snow tires make all the difference.
