Moving to Calgary - Beltline or Bridgeland?

I looked at both Hawkwood and Bowness before settling on Marda Loop. The school district was the deciding factor for us. No regrets at all.

The sense of community in Martindale is something special. We have block parties, neighborhood clean-ups, and everyone knows each other by name. You don't get that everywhere.

Curious to know what others think.

My recommendation: spend a weekend in Panorama Hills before buying. Walk around, check out the local shops, talk to people. You'll get a feel for whether it's your vibe pretty quickly.
