I looked at both Tuscany and Royal Oak before settling on Scenic Acres.

Just a heads up about Evanston - the new development is bringing in a lot of traffic. Still a great area but something to consider if you're on the main roads.

I'd say my family moved to Edgemont last year and we couldn't be happier. The kids' school is great, the parks are beautiful, and the community events are fantastic.

Calgary's brewery scene deserves way more recognition. Craft Beer Market is doing incredible things with their seasonal releases. The craft beer quality here rivals anywhere in Canada. haha

Hot take: the Flames prospect pipeline is actually looking really strong right now. Give it 2-3 years and this team is going to be a serious contender.

Also worth mentioning: calgary's biggest asset honestly is the people. I've never lived somewhere where neighbors actually say hello and help each other out like they do here.
