Is Nolan Hill safe? Considering buying there

We're in Garrison Woods and honestly the only downside is the commute to downtown. But if you work from home or work in the south, it's absolutely perfect.

I looked at both Willow Park and Citadel before settling on Montgomery. The school district was the deciding factor for us. No regrets at all.

Flames fan here - if walkability is your priority, you really can't beat the inner city neighborhoods like Kensington, Beltline, or Mission. Everything you need is within walking distance.
