Good point.
I've been running the Bow River pathway for years and it never gets old. The stretch from Edworthy to Prince's Island is perfect for a 10K. Beautiful any season.

Finding a family doctor in Calgary is tough right now but don't give up. Ask your pharmacist - they often know which clinics are accepting new patients.
Hope that helps.

As a huge hockey fan, if you're looking for a gym that's not packed 24/7, try some of the smaller independent places outside of the core. The prices are often better and the equipment is just as good.
Hope that helps.

For anyone dealing with seasonal depression in Calgary - the winter can be tough despite the sunshine. Light therapy lamps are a game changer. Got mine on Amazon and it's helped enormously.
