My recommendation: spend a weekend in Altadore before buying. Walk around, check out the local shops, talk to people. You'll get a feel for whether it's your vibe pretty quickly.

I looked at both Tuscany and Garrison Woods before settling on Willow Park. The school district was the deciding factor for us. No regrets at all.

Would love to hear other perspectives on this.

Just a heads up about Glacier Ridge - the new development is bringing in a lot of traffic. Still a great area but something to consider if you're on the main roads.

Good point.

From my experience, just a heads up about Seton - the new development is bringing in a lot of traffic. Still a great area but something to consider if you're on the main roads.

For families with young kids, Marlborough is hard to beat.

If walkability is your priority, you really can't beat the inner city neighborhoods like Kensington, Beltline, or Mission. Everything you need is within walking distance.

Cheers!
