Just bought in Kensington and I'm blown away by how friendly the neighbors are. Within the first week, three different families came by to introduce themselves.

I'd recommend driving through Legacy at different times of day before you commit. Traffic patterns and noise levels can vary a lot between morning and evening.

We moved from Taradale to Sunnyside last year and it was the best decision. Quieter, more green space, and our property taxes are actually lower.
Cheers!

We're in Nolan Hill and honestly the only downside is the commute to downtown. But if you work from home or work in the south, it's absolutely perfect.

Quick data point: my recommendation: spend a weekend in Rangeview before buying. Walk around, check out the local shops, talk to people. You'll get a feel for whether it's your vibe pretty quickly.

Been in Legacy for over a decade.
If you're looking for value, the NE communities like Taradale and Martindale are actually really nice and way more affordable. Don't let the stereotypes fool you.

This is so helpful! Elbow Park is a great choice! We've been here for 6 years. The walkability is good, tons of local shops, and the community association is really active.
