Car insurance in Alberta is brutal. I switched from TD Insurance to Desjardins and saved about $40/month for the same coverage. Always shop around.

Anyone else notice how many potholes there are on Macleod Trail this spring? My alignment is toast. Calgary needs to step up the road maintenance game.

Good luck!

Just moved to Varsity and can confirm this. The neighborhood is fantastic, especially the access to Bowmont Park. Highly recommend for anyone considering it. Hope that helps!

Good luck!

For anyone looking at new builds - visit the site at different times and weather.

We rent in Inglewood and our landlord just raised the rent 15%. Seriously considering buying at this point. The math is starting to make more sense to own.

Good luck!

Not to be negative but the Calgary International Film Festival is genuinely world-class. If you haven't checked it out, this year's lineup looks incredible.

Been here since 2001 and the Chinooks never get old. Nothing like going from -20 to +10 in a few hours. Only in Calgary!

Good luck!
