I love how active this community is. Real people sharing real experiences. This is why I keep coming back to this forum.
Good luck!

Hmm, I'm not so sure about that. i looked at both Ramsay and Huntington Hills before settling on Killarney. The school district was the deciding factor for us. No regrets at all.
Hope that helps.

Welcome aboard! If you just moved to Calgary, definitely explore the different neighborhoods when you get a chance. Each one has its own personality. You'll find your spot!
Welcome! This forum is actually one of the best resources for everything Calgary. Way better than asking on Reddit because the people here actually live in the neighborhoods they talk about.
Curious to know what others think.

The market right now is competitive but not insane like Toronto or Vancouver. You can still get a nice detached home under $600K in a good neighborhood if you're willing to look at Britannia or Sundance.

Honestly, great post! I moved here from Quebec about 10 years ago and haven't looked back. The mountains, the sunshine, the people - Calgary really does have it all.
