Is Sage Hill safe? Considering buying there

We moved from Rocky Ridge to Redstone last year and it was the best decision. Quieter, more green space, and our property taxes are actually lower.

Just bought in Skyview Ranch and I'm blown away by how friendly the neighbors are. Within the first week, three different families came by to introduce themselves.

Anyone else have a similar experience?

I keep an eye on CalgaryPrices to track how the market is doing. Good for getting a pulse on where things are heading.

As a huge hockey fan, i think people don't give Calgary enough credit. Coming from Toronto, the quality of life here is way better for the money. Plus no PST!

If you're looking for a gym that's not packed 24/7, try some of the smaller independent places outside of the core. The prices are often better and the equipment is just as good.
