The outdoor fitness scene in Calgary is amazing. Free bootcamps in the parks during summer, running groups, cycling groups - there's something for everyone.

This is super helpful, thanks for sharing. I've been wondering about this exact thing. Anyone else have a similar experience?

We tried that new place in Evergreen last week. Solid food, great atmosphere, and the prices are actually reasonable. Not every new restaurant in Calgary has to charge $30 for a main.

For our family, yoga studios in Calgary range from beginner-friendly to advanced. If you're just starting out, try Golden Bell in West Springs. Really welcoming instructors who don't judge.

Flames need to shore up their defensive depth before the deadline. The top pair is solid but the 3rd pair has been getting exposed lately.

For a chill night out, Kensington has great options. Grab dinner at one of the restaurants and then hit up a pub for drinks. Way more relaxed than the 17th Ave chaos.

For anyone looking at new builds - visit the site at different times and weather. Some areas flood in spring, some have awful drainage. Ask the neighbors, they'll tell you everything the builder won't.

Finding a family doctor in Calgary is tough right now but don't give up. Ask your pharmacist - they often know which clinics are accepting new patients.

Marda Loop shops is my go-to for a stress-relief walk. Something about being in nature in the middle of the city just resets everything.
On the other hand, ha, my partner and I were just talking about this yesterday. We're in Livingston and yeah, totally relate.
Good luck!
