If you're looking for value, the NE communities like Taradale and Martindale are actually really nice and way more affordable. Don't let the stereotypes fool you.

Just a heads up about Currie Barracks - the new development is bringing in a lot of traffic. Still a great area but something to consider if you're on the main roads.

For co-working spaces, Platform Innovation Centre downtown is great. Good community, reasonable rates, and the networking opportunities are solid.
