If walkability is your priority, you really can't beat the inner city neighborhoods like Kensington, Beltline, or Mission. Everything you need is within walking distance.
Just a heads up about Tuscany - the new development is bringing in a lot of traffic. Still a great area but something to consider if you're on the main roads.

My family moved to Shaganappi last year and we couldn't be happier. The kids' school is great, the parks are beautiful, and the community events are fantastic.

Yoga studios in Calgary range from beginner-friendly to advanced. If you're just starting out, try Noble Pie in Springbank Hill. Really welcoming instructors who don't judge.
Good luck!

Best seats at the Saddledome on a budget: upper bowl press level, center ice. You can see the whole play develop. Way better than being in the corner lower bowl.
Cheers!

Ngl, national on 10th has a great vibe on weekends. Good food, good drinks, and the crowd is usually pretty mellow. Perfect for a laid-back night out. tbh

The sense of community in Belmont is something special. We have block parties, neighborhood clean-ups, and everyone knows each other by name. You don't get that everywhere.
