I'd recommend driving through Shaganappi at different times of day before you commit. Traffic patterns and noise levels can vary a lot between morning and evening. Can't wait!

Just a heads up about Hawkwood - the new development is bringing in a lot of traffic. Still a great area but something to consider if you're on the main roads.
