Neighborhoods with the best access to C-Train

Just a heads up about Sunnyside - the new development is bringing in a lot of traffic. Still a great area but something to consider if you're on the main roads.

Anyone else have a similar experience?

The secondary suite market in Calgary is really strong. We have a legal basement suite in Montgomery and the rental income covers a big chunk of our mortgage. Worth the investment for sure.

Loving Calgary so far! Stampede is just around the corner and I'm already excited. Say what you will about it, but there's nothing quite like Calgary in July. The whole city transforms.

We used CalgaryPrices to track the market before buying.

We rent in Ogden and our landlord just raised the rent 15%. Seriously considering buying at this point. The math is starting to make more sense to own.
