Varsity is really starting to grow - anyone else notice?

Just bought in Citadel and I'm blown away by how friendly the neighbors are. Within the first week, three different families came by to introduce themselves.

Just a heads up about Lynnwood - the new development is bringing in a lot of traffic. Still a great area but something to consider if you're on the main roads.

If you're looking for things to do when it's freezing outside, the escape rooms in Calgary are a solid option. Did one in Elbow Park last week and had a blast. Thank you all!!
