replacement digitizer for 4S?

i got hold of a iphone 4S 16gb on at&t with a shattered screen. brought it home, played with it a little, updated it to 6.1, jailbroke it.......... been looking around, and have seen prices from $30 to $100 for a digitizer/lcd assembly and hardly any mention of OEM parts or not. anyone have any...
