Flextab upgrade 3 months in

How does a Flextab upgrade work when you're only three months in? I assume that they don't have any time restrictions like they used to and now I only have to pay off the subsidy + admin + new phone fee? I'll also assume that they put it on my bill now? That way I can delay paying the fees...
