Why are Rogers' net activations so low?
 

According to info in the Wind forum and from Mobile Syrup, Rogers had 2000 net activations for Q1 2014, while Bell had around 33000, Telus had around 59000, and Wind had over 25000. Can these numbers possibly be right? If so what are your thoughts on why Rogers is doing so terribly (despite...
