Transferring photos from windows pc to iPhone ?
 

Folks I need some help, I am trying to transfer pics from a windows pc to my wife's iPhone and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to do it, some people tell me to look for the Photo tab in ITunes but her ITunes acct doesn't show a Photo tab? It's an iPhone 4S Any help would be appreciated
