The Google Nexus 4 on Bell will be $99.95 on a 2/3 year voice and data plan for $249.95 on a 2/3 voice only. I reviewed the *Nexus 4 (http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php/1783569)* last year and it's a solid phone.
