Bell Slow uploads on Z10 LTE mode
 

I used an iPhone 5 on Bell's LTE with consistsant good Upload and Download speeds, in the magnitude of 15-20up and 20-25down. With the BB Z10, my download speed is good, but the upload is usually 3-5. Any ideas as to why?
