Would an iPhone 4 count as a 4G device on Telus Prepaid?
 

I've got family visiting from the states, interested in a prepaid data plan. Telus looks to be the best deal, but it says 1GB of 4G data. The device being used would be an iPhone 4, which doesn't have LTE or DC-HSPA, but does Telus really care?
