Telus activated a Phone number to me thats being used by someone.
 

How is this possible. I just activated a phone number with TELUS under Pay and Talk. and the number that they gave me is already assigned to someone. I can make calls and it shows in the CID the number but cant receiver as if you call the number someone else answers.
