Tori Stafford's killer to make court plea for appeal funding
 

Michael Rafferty, who is serving life in prison after he was convicted last year of killing eight-old Tori Stafford of Woodstock, Ont., will appear in a Toronto court via video link today to seek government aid for an appeal lawyer.
